WWW Week 22

So ehm, it's possibly I fell a bit off plan this week. I may have done some stress eating around the whole giving notice at my old job/start new job my god let's eat stress for breakfast. It was kinda a crazy week. 

Starting Weight: 133.4
Ending Weight: 133.8
Weight lost this week: +0.4 lbs
Weight lost to date: 17.2 lbs

What went well: I started a new job that kicks ass. It's so freaking exciting. I did try to work in extra vegetables and protein with my chocolate. 

What went wrong: welp, I gave up tracking mid-week and just decided to eat whatever I wanted for the most part. 

What I hope for this week: STAYING ON TRACK COME ON HL YOU GOT THIS.
