WWW Week 21


I don't know how I keep losing, but I do. I'm trying to eat as many vegetables as I can and get more activity -- my FitBit has made me obsessed! So maybe that's how I keep losing! 

Starting Weight: 133.6
Ending Weight: 133.4
Weight lost this week: 0.2 lbs
Weight lost to date: 17.6 lbs

What went well: I lost weight despite going over on my WAPs. 

What could have gone better: I dunno, maybe actually following the plan and counting things? 

What I hope for this week: COUNTING. Including the increase in activity! I'm counting all of it, and have told myself to just get over it and COUNT. Hoping for 132 ish next week! WOOOO!
