I've been off-roading diet-wise this week, and I use the diet to capture the definition of things that I eat, not a DIET, and well it's been disastrous. Mid-day energy slumps and terrible tummy still and feeling like general crap after I eat, instead of feeling good and being in a good place with food. 

Dammit. I just want to eat normal. I hate the Whole 30 for this reason sometimes. 

So I guess I'll get back on the horse here and commit to eating cleaner one meal at a time; more green vegetables, less crap, and see if I feel better that way. 

It's a bummer, but the little kid part of me that whispers, "you get to have chips!" and then the adult says back, "but they make you feel like shit, so why?"
