Whole 21

I'm cleaning up my diet for the next 3 weeks, until we leave for Disney World. A Whole 21, we will call it. I'm hoping to feel like a cleaner running machine and less junky.

I also had one cup of coffee this morning (which I've been avoiding) and feel like a different person. So much more productive an excited to get stuff done today.

So! Phase 8 of Lean Eating starts tomorrow = so exciting.

Grocery/meal lists have been made and imma kick some serious ass today crossing off my to-dos.
