I think it was actually more like 7%. Sorry bout that. I got my thigh skinfold (which has dropped 9%) mixed up with the total. But still? 7% Remember back in 2007 when I was working out and driving myself crazy counting calories? Ah, memories. I was never below 32% fat, believe it or not. So here I am, 11 lbs lighter and damn, 7% leaner.
I would say it's a miracle, but it's not. I've been working hard. Woo!
