Woman At Work

I'm doing some heavy lifting on myself in terms of personal growth, so pardon me if I don't post here for a bit. 

That being said of course there's a chance that now I've said something, I'll come up with scintillating post to entertain you every day. 

But probably not. 

I am starting the Couch to 5K running program Saturday. And Phase 2 of the New Rules of Lifting for Women on Sunday. So. That's something to tide you over: imagining me all Muppet-like on the treadmill, truly believing that I'm part Kenyan, despite the speed only showing say 5.5 mph.
