Yep. Still sore from Monday's workout, although I am able to get around much better today than yesterday. I'm hitting the treadmill at 4, mostly because I noticed I was edgy and crabby last night when I got home (cause I didn't work out). So there you go. I'm not doing it for my quads people, I'm doing it so I'm a nicer wife and mom.
