Changing It Up

Well folks, I'm having trouble with my knees, likely due to running. Gah. I'm going to lay off for a few days (maybe a week?) and see how they feel. It could be the squats and lunges, although I kinda doubt that -- I did those last week and my knees didn't hurt. I started running last Friday, ran Monday and yesterday and was in pain starting on Monday night, and today am feeling like I'm 100.

So there's that. That's about all I got goin on today.
